Message & Quote November 2007 - Quote 3

Mean and moody look
does not work with L plates.

Hellooooo there ma friends Paddy here with my overdue message and quote.

I'd like to start with reassuring those of you who have sent for signed pics that I have got your letters and I will be doing them in the next couple of weeks. I would like to blame Liverpool postal services for the delay but somehow I don't think that would wash.

Rest assured your requests are safe and sound at Paddy Heights.

Now onto work and whats been happening with himself. Well I'm finally getting nearer with the house and hopefully I'll be in for Crimmy day, weather permitting. I don't want to bore you with any more details about the house because stress kills and believe you me it's not a pretty tale.

As for work most of this year was taken up with the new house or as I like to call it, Faulty Towers but like Venassa Feltz in Topshop, I've managed to squeeze a few things in.
I've finally finished my new Christmas DVD Paddy McGuinness Allstar Balls Up's which came out of nowhere really. I had a lot of requests asking if I'd be bringing out anything for Christmas but as I'm not touring till next year it seemed pointless until someone chucked the footy DVD idea at me. Initially I declined because I'm not a big fan of the footy howler DVDs where a presenter.... erm..... presents each clip with a few bad gags that a writer....erm.....writeded for them.

So I decided to do things differently and got together a bunch of ex footy players, Paul Merson, Kris Kamara, Ian Rush, Mark Lawrenson, Graham Taylor, Jason McAteer, Phil Thompson, Alan McAnelly (hope I've spelt that right), John Aldridge and dressed them all up as my servants, staff, slaves, what ever you want to call it. We filmed in August at a big country estate which doubled as my house and along with a Chinese side kick and a couple of glamour models a good day was
had by all. Paddy McGuinness Allstar Balls Up's will be released on November 12th but as per will be available on this site first. As well as there being plenty of football balls up's in there you'll see
some of the UK's most well known ex pro footballers doing things you'd never see them doing before, Paul Merson cracking one off in my scullery, say no more. The DVD is crammed full of extras including post filming analysis with Mark Lawrenson and Graham Taylor, behind the scenes footage, out takes (you've got to see them), deleted scenes and a special in bed with Paddy segment. All in all it's come out really well and I'm very pleased with it, hopefully so will you lot.

I've also been busy writing for my 08 tour which will be kicking off in September, details of where I'm gonna be performing plus ticket line numbers will be put up on this site first before anyone else
see's them. TV wise I'm filming with Leigh Francis (Bo Selecta) this week for his new Keith Lemons gap year show and in the next couple of weeks I'll be popping up on The Paul O'Grady Show, Transmission, Loose Women, Soccer AM, T4 and Something For The Weekend to name but 6. So set the Sky Plus, sit back, relax and let Paddy do the driving.

As an extra treat I've attached an exclusive short clip from the DVD along with a few behind the scenes pics including one from 5th gear where Paddy Kidd passed his motorbike test.

Until next weekish

Keeeeeeeeeeep dancing.
