Message & Quote April 2005 - Quote 8
Hello you dirty pan of chips, Paddy here with my weeklyish message and quote.

Firstly please keep your e mails, questions and pictures coming in, they do come direct to me and for those of you who asked it is me who replies, not Gavin or some truck driver from Leyland. The e mail address is patrick.mcguinness@gmail.com and while I'm at it requests for signed pics are still to be sent with a S.A.E to the address on the biog page.

Nar then, what's happening and where can catch me live over the next few weeks.

Myself, Archie Kelly and Janice Connolly will be appearing this Monday 25th April at the Waterside, Bury. This is a corporate evening including 3 course meal, comedy plus a meet and greet for pictures etc after the show. There's still a few tables left so if you fancy it contact Nick at the Waterside on 07921850076.

On Sunday the 1st of May I'm doing what's known as a diggy doggy double header, I'm compering a charity show at The Willows, Manchester and doing a P.A at Brody's nightclub in Mattlock.

The Willows show as been organised by Andy Whyment (Kirk in Corrie) and as I said earlier, I'll be there compering the night. It's an evening of music, comedy and a little bit of an auction with Andy (Kirk), Bruce Jones (Les Battersby), Richard Fleeshman (Craig Harris), Anthony Cotton (Sean Tully) and Tupele Dorgu (Kelly Crabtree) providing the music, when I say providing the music I mean singing live, not bringing a best of Johnathon King CD. Myself and Smug Roberts will be providing the laughs (fingers crossed) so if your free on Sunday May 1st and fancy a good night out then come along to the Willows, tickets are £20 each including a hot and cold buffet and all proceeds are going to charity, ticket number - 0161 736 8541.

From the Willows I'm off to Derbyshire, Mattlock to be precise for an appearance at Brody's night club. I don't know to much about this one but rest assured if your uncle Pats there then drink'll be flowing and the craic will be mighty.

Further down the line in May Monday 30th I'll be at the Mayfest in Sheffield along with Toby Foster. I've not got the full details on ticket numbers etc but I'm sure if you whack Mayfest Sheffield in Google then all the info you need will be there. There's gonna be liquorice all sorts happening through out the day and when myself and Toby Foster get on stage next years Mayfest will probably be cancelled under the 1982 obscenity law.

Well that's about it for now, thanks to everyone who bought tickets for my warm up shows in June, there will be a few more dates announced before the main tour in November so please watch this space.

PS - Venues for the November tour are still being sorted but they'll be announced here first and for those of you who have e mailed I'm looking into venues in Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the South.

Thank you for all your support, questions, pictures and for looking at the site.

Until next weekish
work hard play hard.

Paddy
