No.1 - I am not and have never dated Abi Titmuss, I've met
Abi a couple of times through work and although she came
along to see one of my shows on the tour that's about it.
Unfortunately all it needs is one kn*b head to see that and
automatically think something is going on. Abi's a nice
person and I'm sure she was bemused as I was after reading
that in the Sunday papers and weekly magazines. No.2 - The
kiss and tell story of me driving round in a Ford Focus
whilst getting up to know good, well I don't know what's
more insulting, the rubbish in the story or the fact that I
drive a Ford Focus!!! I was even in one magazine in the
spotted section, you know the ones, spotted eating a nut
cluster outside Matalan, Ant and Dec. Mine was spotted in
Moods nightclub with a mystery red head Patrick McGuinness,
the mystery for me was where the frig is Moods nightclub and
as for ginger! those of you who've seen the tour will know
what I'm on about. All this really opened my eyes to how the
media works and no matter how much you keep yourself to
yourself in this job I suppose your always open to that kind
of shiiiiiiitttte-taaaah.
Now the bollox is out of the way what's REALLY been
happening in the world of Pad. The first leg of the tour
finished so quickly and it's all been a bit of a blur, I can
honestly say the response I received at the end of each show
plus the experience of my first ever solo tour really as
blown me away. All the nights where fantastic but some
really stood out for me and below you'll find my top ten
from the first leg of the tour, they're all up there for
different reasons, atmosphere, laughs, the actual venues
etc. Due to the first leg of the tour selling out quicker
than Vanessa Feltz on roller blades in a pie shop we've
added some extra dates to the second leg which starts in
February, all the extra dates can be found on the tour info
section of the web site. Again this is the first place your
going to hear about the new and current dates for 2006 so
please, please, please book your tickets now to avoid
disappointment before I start promoting the second leg.
I'm really looking forward to enjoying Christmas with all my
friends and family before I start working again in the New
Year, that's if you can call doing something you love work.
It all starts in January with the inside Wayne Rooney
programme for Sky TV, I can't tell you to much about it at
the moment but it's a little block of gold and I canny wait
to start filming and writing on it. Once that finishes I
start the second leg of the Dark Side tour which stretches
all the way through Feb, March, April and maybe, just maybe
by the grace of God even May and hopefully by then I'll know
a little bit more about the dates and what's happening with
my new game show Tough Decisions. For the love of raisin and
nuts that's the first half of 2006 taken care of and we've
not even got Chrimmy out the way yet.
The new web shop will definitely be on line within the next
seven days so you'll be able to get your hands on my new his
n hers 2006 Calendar, T-shirts, mugs and other paraphernalia
just in time for Christmas and your stocking fillers.
I'll be posting a new message up before the 25th Dec and
I've just started to go through all your e mails and
letters. Everyone whose sent in stuff for the Q and A's plus
pics for the fans gallery can rest assured that they'll be
on the site shortly. Gavin and Kelvin who do all the updates
and technical jargon for the website have been very busy
lads of late. Kelvin as to do the updates for numerous other
websites including Little Britain, Peter Kay plus most of
the West End shows and Gavin's just got an Xbox 360 so you
can appreciate how busy they've both been.
(XBox 360 Rocks! - Gav)
