How do folks Paddy here with
my weeklyish message and quote.
Well the third and final leg of the Dark Side tour is well and truly
under way now and the dates are flying by leaving some very happy
memories behind.
I'm so comfortable and relaxed with the show now after so many dates and
I'm really enjoying the vibe and warmth from the audience instead of
being anxious of making people p*ss themselves.
Certain dates have already been etched into my mind. The first night
back in Truro took me totally by surprise and made my job a whole lot
easier, the people of Cornwall no how to let their hair down and enjoy a
good night out, great one to start with after a few months off. My
second time back at the Glasgow Pavilion topped the first time round,
the audience cheered so loud the lad couldn't hear himself through the
monitors on stage, the Scots never fail to let me down, big up the
Scotland massive. Another second time round on this tour was Birmingham
Alexandra and that show as to be up there with the Glasgow Pavilion,
fantastic atmosphere and up for a laugh, I loved that night.
My return to Sheffield City Hall didn't disappoint, with it being such a
big room the laughter and applause engulfs you sending shivers down the
auld spine and a tear down the trouser leg.

Compiling my
top ten best nights on this final leg is going to be very difficult and
I've still got another ten shows left to do which includes the mighty
Belfast, the last time I played Ireland was Dublin and I'm only just
getting the alcohol out of my system so the lads looking forward to
getting back over there and having the Craic.
There's only a hand full of tickets left at 6 of the shows before they
all sell out so please get on the phone for a ticket if you want to see
me live as sending me e mails asking for tickets after they've all gone
canny be done.
The live DVD is Edited and off to the Certification people, no prizes
for guessing what age it'll be. I'm also finishing off the designs for
the front and back cover of the DVD and Play.com have already taken a
hell of a lot of orders for it which is very flattering as I really
didn't expect that.
Oh yes I almost forgot, the official release date for my live DVD is
November 6th for all you early Christmas shoppers but I will try and get
some signed copies on the site before then for all my fans.
Check out the fans gallery as I've sent some new pics in to Gav, it's
not been updated for a while and I'll also be looking into the Q & A's
as I'm told people are having problems sending questions in.
Well that's about it for now my little chocolate starfishes, I'll post
my next message along with the third leg top ten at the end of the tour,
Oxford New Theatre, October 5th.
Until next weekish
It's nice to be nice.
